The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary was created by an Act of Congress in 1939. From the very

beginning one of our primary missions has been to educate the Boating Public in Safe Boating

Practices. Today we are still working toward that goal with our Monday evening Boater Safety

Training. Please call me for more information at 904-721-1346.

January, 2011
Happy New Year to all!

Now, let’s get to work! Sounds like I took a short course from our Governor elect over the Holidays. Sorry, that didn’t happen. I did have to change two dates for our ABS courses. We have dropped the course scheduled for June 4 and the course scheduled for October 1 has been moved to October 15. The current dates for 2011 are: February 19, March 19, April 9, April 30, May 21, June 25, July 23, August 13, September 3, October 15 and November 5. Please mark your calendars accordingly and advise me of any conflicts ASAP.
